Ray Leonardo is a graduate student pursuing a career in research and education. His qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Roger Williams University, in Bristol, Rhode Island along with completing several graduate courses in the fields of international affairs and intelligence from American Military University. Throughout his course of study, Ray has gained knowledge of and experience in quantitative and qualitative research, Chinese domestic & foreign policy, U.S. national security strategy & policy, balance of power, war & conflict, and international law.
He is a dedicated, self-motivated individual with extensive experience in management, business, and education. Ray also has elementary language proficiency in Mandarin Chinese.
His short-term career goals include working in public education at the secondary level as a social studies instructor while continuing to enhance his research in the subfields of security, conflict, and political economy. Ray’s long-term goals include completing a Ph.D. program in Political Science and gaining a position as a full-time professor at the university level.
Ray is currently preparing manuscripts to submit for conference and publication while also preparing to launch his bi-weekly blog and quarterly podcast, both of which will focus on the United States and on the international community.
